Profitability
Peter: Hey Joanne, I need to talk to you about something, it's actually pretty serious and important.
Joanne: Oh, ok...(stop what I'm doing to pay attention)
Peter: Yea it's actually really critical to the effectiveness of the Email's that you send out to our clients - I've noticed an error - and its actually really glaring - I'm not sure why I haven't noticed it before...
Joanne *surprised look...slightly concerned*
Joanne: Ok - what's up?
Peter: You know at the bottom of the emails where it says 'Please contact the Cruise and Vacation Desk or whatever program it is...?
Joanne: yea...
Peter: Well right there - you should change it to 'Please contact Peter' - then I would get all the clients and the bookings. It would really help me increase sales.
Joanne: Alright well, I have a Webdevelopment meeting today and will bring it up then.
Peter: Sweet! Let me know.

I can has HAM?
GM: Alright everyone - I have your Christmas presents in the back of my truck - make sure you SEE ME before you leave today to pickup your...very special gift.
(everyone files out to receive their HUGE Christmas Ham, compliments of George & Cookie Barnett)
Karen: Peter was on the phone talking to one of his clients - so I picked up his Ham for him...he was telling the client about the Vegan options onboard the ship - and I just plopped the Ham down on the desk..it was pretty funny.
J: (lol) that is funny...I put mine in the back of my car...next to my gym bag - it looks hilarious.
(Peter runs in from the front with his Ham)

Chelsea's reaction to watching a Jucifer video on LP's myspace site:
Chels: Ok, can you please stop it now? It's kind of annoying - actually - it's really pissing me off for some reason.
Me: yea me too...but I think that's kind of the point.
I don't think you're SUPPOSE to like it. Like - they dont WANT you to like it - weird
Chels: Yea...seriously make it stop. It's REALLY annoying.
Me: Well..I guess I know what to get you for CHRISTMAS!
Chels: please dont.
